Bundesliga

Germany

They uh...have been relegated to a lower league...so not so good

ETA: I used to like them because their badge was 1FCK and it made me laugh, they were mid table a few years back

ahh figures. i lived maybe 1/4 mile for the stadium at the most.

the fans were pretty partial to them, even if they were at a lower league.

That sounds awesome

I've been planning to go to a game overseas, just lack the funds, I am going to Ireland for a month (for school), but the leagues are done

I would like to see a Riverplate v. Boca Jr. game...I'd just fear for my life, they're worse than English hooligans in the 70s, more fierce...flares and stuff

I'd like to see El Classico (Madrid vs. Barcelona)....for obvious reasons of course. I'm not too much into South American football but the Superclassico(River vs. Boca) is something special to watch on television. I would also like to take in a Rangers vs. Celtic game as well. American sports rivalies pale in comparison to Soccer (i hate that word) rivalries.

I'm just glad to actually talk about the PL, only one of my friends actually knows anything about the sport outside of playing it

I just got a new Rooney jersey, I had one from when he was #8, but just got #10, and of course theres AIG on the front, and anytime I wear any recent United jersey someone comes up to me "oh AIG, thats funny, cause they are failing and stuff" and I'm like no, it's a damn jersey, I don't wear it for AIG, screw AIG, I'm with Allstate, I wear it for the Badge, I just hope we get a better sponser now...

be happy there's not too many chelsea fans, with their undeserved sense of accomplishment, chelsea is going back to the pre-Jose "the chosen one" days where they finished around 6-10 and hadn't won a trophy in 50 years

You and I both. I may be going to England later this year so I'm definitely going to try to get into Trafford for a match.

BASTARD!!
I'm a memeber of OneUnited and they have package deals that I'm looking at...before I die I will visit the Theater of Dreams for a match. I just hope it's before Rooney, CR and Fergie are gone

I would make an Arsenal joke, but they beat Man U in league play so I decided that wouldn't be too smart.

The only thing appealing about Arsenal is that they are not Man U.

jup...I've seen the speculation for a few months.

I don't think it will happen though. Soccer seems to be the sport with the most absurd rumors flying around constantly.

Plus Wenger has invested too much of himself to go start over at another program that's notorious for giving a coach only 1 year and firing him if he doesn't win a trophy immediately.
