Who cares.
He had a career, played very well for the Trojans, but never lived up to the hype of #1 player in the country.
He was far from a bust, though I will always wonder if that #1 player status hurt more than helped his career.
If he was ranked lower and gone somewhere, even USC, that eventually forced him to play DB, would his pro prospects be even higher than they are now
