That was an absolute horse shite of game and you know it.
David Ross hit a 2 run shot after Lohse had already struck him out in the 2nd inning but for some reason the ump didnt count the pitch. Braves fans seem to forget about that
Obviously the infield fly was a bad call but those cancel each other out
Atlanta made 3 or 4 errors including a couple by chipper so its not like they really deserved to win that game

Doesn't matter. Braves will win it all. DWI.

I cant say I know your Braves friends, but most of us were thinking "i hope to god Medlen shuts them down" and not talking shite. I heard countless shite from the Cards fans (even early into the game). I dont do shite talk, so I shrugged it off but I had always known Cards fans as being "good baseball fans". That game made me question that.

the shite talk i received the day before that game was like no other i had ever experienced

That call drastically changed the game. The game very well may have went into extra innings had they got the right call.
I still think the wild card games should be a 5 or 7 game series

way to long you cant make the other teams just sit around for that long
shouldve just kept it to 1 wildcard in my opinion

Well that actually says a lot for Atlanta who most say is a horrible sports town. I think enough people have started living here long enough to care about the home teams.

I really like the Cardinals pitching depth.
The lineups are a wash
I also like the Cards a little bit more in the bullpen now that Chapman is in the rotation
Do you watch baseball or are you just a huge cardtard?

i go to grad school at emory and it was glorious watching the melt down after the Cards put them in their place for the 2nd year in a row
glad to see I'm not the only Cards fan in ATL. I thoroughly enjoyed the melt down as well.

Why no love for the Dodgers? I thought they were supposed tone loaded and the favorite in the NL.
I have them as a wild card and it wouldn't shock me if they won the division. I think they are underrated, if that's believable. They have a shite load of talent and the best pitcher in baseball, imo.

the reds have a better rotation i was just stating i liked the cardinals pitching depth
the lineups are about as even as it gets (if beltran or holliday goes down for anytime the big O steps in and there will be little to no dropoff)
and yes i like the cards bullpen with boggs, mujica, rosenthal, and motte better than the reds bullpen sans chapman

Jutin verlander got traded to the dodgers?
Posted on 3/6/13 at 9:26 pm to MO$
If we go through the lineup by position:
RF: Bruce > Beltran
CF: Jay = Choo (considering how good Jay's D is and how many people doubt Choo can be even an average defensive center fielder. Actually the small advantage is probly with Jay)
LF: Holliday > Ludwick
3rd: Freese > Frazier
SS: Cozast > Kozma/Cedeno/Furcal/Jackson
Phillips > Carpenter
Votto > Craig
Molina >>>> Hanigan/Mesoraco

Don't get butthurt but yeah I'd take Kershaw over Verlander. It's not like that is some outlandish opinion.
