And yet you can't give a reason why LeBron is better
Production and efficiency. He does BOTH at a higher rate. Wouldn't you agree?

It is a debate. Most people regard Duncan as the greatest power forward of all-time. So it's definitely a debate.
And who is saying this? Is the Mailman that much of a distant memory?
Malone was still producing at a high level in his twilight years, Duncan is basically just another power forward at this point. Malone was 23.8 with 9.4 rebounds in his 14 season, Duncan is a 14 and 9.5 guy. Malone averaged at least 20 ppg in every season he played except for his first and last. Duncan hasn't had 20 ppg since 06-07.

nah, No one. You're right. I've never heard anyone at all ever in the history of the internet and TV say that Duncan is the greatest PF of all time.
But I'm the stubborn one.

I believe you like to deflect a lot. This is a sign of someone who has nothing to back up their side of an argument/debate, wouldn't you agree?

Production and efficiency.
Kobe leads the league in points per 48 minutes while LeBron is second on his own team in that regard. He is also the better shooter, which I've already shown you. So you basically have rebounds and assists. So forward has more 2 rebounds a game than a a guy he outweighs by 45 lbs and has 2 inches on. Color me surprised. He can also assume the role of Point forward better than the 2 guard. Shocked I tellya.
At the end of the day, points are what determines who wins a basketball game, so wouldn't you agree that since Kobe is more efficient at doing so, that he is the better basketball player?

God you are a dumbfrick Show me exactly where I said no one was saying it. Go ahead. do it. If you can't admit defeat and take your dumbass out this thread.

No, I've answered EVERY question you'v ever thrown at me.
And you're the one who deflected teh Tony Parker question. You never did answer the question, a simple yes or no question.
When have I EVER deflected a question?
quote:
So you basically have rebounds and assists
Yes, that's ALL you have left, LOL.
quote:
So forward has more 2 rebounds a game than a a guy he outweighs by 45 lbs and has 2 inches on.
You keep saying this, but SGs average more assists then SFs, so what is your excuse for this? Oh, it's because you said Lebron plays the role of 2 guard, but then that contradicts your point about rebounds, lol.

At the end of the day, points are what determines who wins a basketball game, so wouldn't you agree that since Kobe is more efficient at doing so, that he is the better basketball player?
Wow. Just wow. And do you NOT know what EFFICIENCY means??? Kobe is certainly not more efficient than Lebron at scoring, seriously.
quote:
Kobe leads the league in points per 48 minutes
Oh wow, he shoots a lot, of course he leads in that category. You seem to think that scoring a lot is more importan than scoring efficiently. For the life of me, I don't know anyone in this world other than you that thinks that.
Lebron shoots LESS and scores MORE. Please please please answer this question. Which would you prefer, all else equal, the guy who leads the league in points per 48 or the guy who averages more per game while taking less shots? Don't deflect, I know you like to do that, then say that others do it, LOL.

All star game, he introducted the starters and introduced Duncan as the greatest PF of all time. But let me guess, since I can't link it, I'm lying and it doesn't cout right.
I've never seen someone freak out and just meltdown and get so upset that you feel like you HAVE to call names and can't have a simple debate with someone who doesn't have the same beliefs as you.

Everyone who watched the intros can tell him Kobe said it, but if we can't link it, it didn't happen.
Did you see where he now claims that Karl Malone is better than Tim Duncan because he has better stats? That doesn't contradict his Lebron/Kobe argument at all.

so wouldn't you agree that since Kobe is more efficient at doing so
No, I wouldn't. LeBron is a more efficient scorer.

Lebron shoots less and scores more, but is magically not as efficient as Kobe.
I guess shooting a whole bunch makes you the most efficient.

This is my favorite exchange in this entire thread. He completely ignores/deflects answering THREE questions by saying that I like to deflect a lot. LOL
That may be the funniest shite I've ever read on these boards.

Your typing is offensive.
I didn't hear him say it, I wanted to hear him say it and in the context in which it was said.
Stop being all uppity.

This isn't even a debate because you have NOTHING. Your entire argument came down to production and efficiency. Kobe produces the most important number in basketball more efficiently than every single other player in the league. That's a fact guy. You haven't presented a fact yet that signifies that LeBron is better than Kobe. You can bring up rebounds, but that's irrelevant. Amare has more PPG and rebounds than Kobe. Is he better? What about Durant? Melo?
Face it man, you have no argument. All you've done is been wishywashy and tried to distract from the fact that you have no case.

No, actually, it's not close to a fact.

Facts be damned? Kobe puts more points up per 48 minutes than any other player in the NBA. That's a fact bruh. Kobe is the better shooter. Also a fact. But hey LeBron is the better rebounder, so you've got that going for your argument.

My source is NBA.com, what's yours bruh?
I'll wait for this and some random obscure efficiency rating from some number cruncher.

Says the guy who called me out for deflecting by DEFLECTING.
I love how I say Lebron produces MORE and does so more efficiently, but that means I have nothing? How is that nothing? How is that not a fact that supports Lebron's case? fricking epic.

Explains why Kobe has a higher Free Throw percentage, right? Explains why LeBron averages 4 more minutes a game, yet only 1 more point. Also explains why over 48 minutes, no one averages more points than Kobe.
You're right, all of this evidence clearly supports LeBron has the greatest basketball player in the universe right now - maybe of all time. I for one welcome our new basketball overlord.
