Congrats Lakers. That was a serious beatdown. I think we're all in for an epic Game 7.

Kobe was not amused during that post-game presser. I'm actually surprised the dude in the ridiculous king outfit was able to get him to crack a smile.

Did anyone really think the Celtics would take this series?

I don't see why ESPN was so jizzed up about the Celtics being up 3-2. The Celtics were supposed to be up 3-2 if it goes by home court advantage.

You act like it was never in question and it's over now.

It took a career shooting night from Ray Allen for the Celtics to win game 2. They won't win another one in LA. Well they've only got one more shot.

And it took Allen going 0 for 13 for the Lakers to win game 3, so that cancels out game 2, lol.

You don't know that, but ok.

I know at least a dozen guys wearing green who did. Not very far-fetched if you saw what took place in Boston.

Isn't this really what everybody (read: David Stern) wanted anyway?

Game 7, that is.

You can't take what happened in Boston and think it'll carry over to LA.

Boston had everything that could go wrong, go wrong tonight.

Their offense sucked, and losing Perkins hurt their morale for this game. Despite how poorly their offense played, they held the Lakers to 89 points with the Lakers on fire and getting tons of rebounds. If they actually could make lay-ups tonight, this is a different game. They missed literally like 8 point-blank layups and dunks. That's 16 points right there in a game that ended up as 22 points.

Another thing is that their bench was horrible, played utterly stupid, and while the Lakers defense was stronger this game, it wasn't the defense making Rondo and company make stupid play after stupid play.

Thursday will be an interesting story, especially since Bynum had to leave again.

I am a Lakers fan but stepping outside the purple and gold. I think we are up for an epic game 7. I think doc said it best in the press conference. I would say both teams are going to leave it out on the court and one will pull away at some point when the other starts questioning their shot.
