Blazersedge is melting right now.
Knee jerk reactions like this make people forget that Dame is likely a 1st team all nba player. This team isn’t that far off from being a contender (excluding GSW and prob HOU). They just need SHOOTERS. Dame is being doubled by the strong side defender
it’s just sad.
If Zach Collins ends up being a top 15 PF, this team get there. Now I love C.J. but he could go. I’m not sure what for if you want to develop Collins and Nurkic though. There’s not many talented wings available meaning we can’t really improve there. I’d love TJ Warren

The problem is you have Dame and CJ, but who is supposed to be the third best player on the Blazers? Aminu? Nurkic? That's an issue.

Nurk is only 23. He’s a bit dramatic and I don’t think he’ll ever be a 30 mpg C just because of his size but that’s okay because other than KAT, Boogie and possibly a few others, there aren’t any.
The Blazers are the second youngest team in the NBA too. That’s why I’d hold off dealing Dame and even CJ until we have an idea of what to expect out of Collins. Dame’s value will be the same two/three years from now and same with CJ. There’s really no point in dealing either of them right now unless it involved multiple picks and/or young players.

Dame should be interested in doing a KD and joining the Pels. He did say if he could play with anyone it would be Anthony Davis.
