haha this thread is getting pretty funny talking about ken dorsey, jamarcus russell, and big ben.

I honestly don't think Dorsey was given enough credit for what he did. His value was evident when Brock Berlin and Kyle Wright took the reigns.

Roethlisberger put that Miami OH team on his back!

How many quality teams did JaWalrus play vs the number of such teams Ben Roethlisberger played?
Please step as far away from the crackpipe as possible.

Dorsey had a little more talent on his team than either of those guys, but I think you're right.

well they won't play each other, they both will go undefeated by blowing out a bunch of shitty teams, so how can you really compare them. it just seems like the most logical way to measure them to me. boise brought more back from a better team.

both have completely shitty arms
Both have average arms, but Moore had a slightly strong and more accurate arm.

plays absolutely nobody
Dorsey played on 2 of the most talented teams ever and he didn't put up any special stats.

if dorsey had 1 good game against a quality team, it's 1 more game than moore ever had
Has nothing to do with how good of a QB someone is.

Well they also lost Willis McGahee, Jonathan Vilma, Vince Wilfork, Andre Johnson, Sean Taylor, etc.

1) No. I think TCU's defense would give them problems.
2) Yes. TCU is simply going to get passed up.
Impossible to gauge teams from different conferences in todays game, particularly mid majors. I would think TCU is better than Boise, but until they are forced to play, as in a playoff it will be pure speculation. With 120 teams it is impossible to have parity.

yeah that happens when you have portis, mcgahee, et al running the ball in a college football era that was based around defense

They were on the 2001 team not 2002

Exactly. That's the biggest reason why I'm for a playoff.
