Lions WR should get fined. That to goal situation end of game, with 13 seconds left in the game on a running clock, he hit the ground showing injury to stop the clock, he realized a few seconds later that Detroit had already called timeout to stop the clock, when he realized this, he immediately popped back up ready for the next play.

Scoring the TD by Goff actually hurt the Lions, if they had just gone down right away with 1 second left on clock, does that not give them 4th and goal from the 20 after the OPI? Or is there a 10 seconds left run off? By prolonging the play to leave 0 seconds left gave them no chance after their penalty

I think it was 4th already, so decline the penalty and game ends if they didn't score

It was 4th down. Going down was ballgame.

Should that not be a touchback. It looks like the ravens guy that intercepted that was never touched then rolled ball out the back of endzone.

Yes, it was.
You can't literally.rub a defender( 2 in this case)out of a play. They have every right to the ball/make.a.play as the receiver.
There are ways to run pick/rub plays. That isn't it.
