the tuck rule is called "the tuck rule" because there was a rule in the rulebook that left some ambiguity to the decision
there is nothing ambiguous about the NFCCG no-call, and it was actually two simultaneous penalties that went uncalled.
the tuck rule also wasn't in a conference championship game

So by your own standard the Denkinger call is worse since it was a World Series.
