For the first time ever the US has sent some semblance of a legitimate pitching effort

Baseball is weird when boilded down to 1 game but we should win

russia still cant take more than 15% of ukraine and china cant take a tiny island with 1/50th lf its population

meanwhile we end wars before they even start

again, we arent just not in the same league as everyone, we play a different sport when it comes to this stuff

As they should. The only greater US Olympic moments i can think of are the relay team in 08, Jesse Owen's, and the miracle game

This victory tour is more than deserved. Wonder if their teams are worried about them showing up today:lol:

That was also when if you played for money in the USSR you were an amateur but if you played in North America you were a professional

there is no comparison when it comes to the defensive pairings that the US and Canada can put out on the ice and what Russia can

5 all star forwards. potentially the best goalie in the world

HUUUUUUGe drop off after that when compared to the US and canadian rosters

they would compete for a medal but would not have beaten either the US or canada

yea i believe all 3 were

bare minimum mcdavid who decided not to back check with any urgency and mackinnon who became werenski's son

but i also believe makar was on the ice at that time but might need to rewatch to confirm
