So i just realized today that Dallas is rumored to be back in the forefront for a Karlsson deal. Tampa seems to be lollygagging and still have work to do salary wise.

If Columbus weren't already loaded with blueliners, I'd say include Panarin in a Karlsson deal. But Panarin is the truth. That guy is awesome, and was the most terrifying single player the Caps faced in the postseason this year. He was everywhere.

By the way, the rich get richer. Caps sign Sergei Shumakov. Had 40 pts in the KHL last year. Probably knocks Connolly down to the 4th.
