Pens have to stay out of the box. Two 5 on 3 goals is unacceptable in the playoffs. Fortunately, the Sens have been in the box often as well. The goal by Stall was big; not necessarily for this game, but for the long run. He's been struggling so far and that third line is usually a big advantage for them.

I hope the Flyers can hang on to this lead. I'd much rather see the Bruins/Sabres in the next round in light of the Pens' struggles against NJ this year (and the potential of home ice if Bruins advance).

I'd like to see the Bruins get the Pens, and get some REAL payback for Savard.

Philly is destroying NJ.
Geez.

the missed their chance for any pay back, no way they hang with the Pens

Even if they lost, it'd be a shame if anything happened to Cindy before the Caps series.

Preds go up 2-1 in the 2nd. Go Preds! This has been a pretty tight series so far Pekka Rinne has been fantastic

Special teams are obviously going to be the difference in Chi/Nash; penalties are rampant.

Is Arnott as big for Nashville as he was Edmonton? I havent paid attention to the Preds any this year.

Big goal for SJ early on the PP. That's exactly the kind of start they needed after the last game.

Nashville is lighting it up without their top scorer. Impressive period and a half. It's going to be hard for Chicago to catch up with Nashville's defense/goaltending.

Yep! They need play smart though, they have made some stupid plays, giveaways, bad positioning.
The Hawks are a good team, fast, and able to convert on the Preds mistakes. Preds need to stay focused, and be aggressive.

Big win for the Preds. It's pretty much a must win for Chicago now in Game 4. It'll be interesting to see what happens in this final period of Sharks/Avs. If the Avs can pull it off, they'll join the Pens and Flyers as teams with strangleholds on their respective series.

As a side note, all of the games so far have been relative blowouts. Out of the 4 games completed thus far, 3 goals was the narrowest margin, and I don't think there were any empty netters. Of course Sharks/Avs is most likely going to break that trend.
