Pardon my ignorance, but do all the Canadian provinces have their own flag like all the US states? Is the flag logo on Flames uniform the Canadian flag or of their own province?

The shitty blue flag is the Alberta province flag. They all have their own flag (british columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba etc).
Most flames fans hate having it on the sweater, myself included.
