Versteeg with two in one period to tie it up.
Cbj would also be an acceptable band wagon choice imo

Tough season for philly. Lot of good players just stuck in a rough division and not enough consistent scoring even with the top 2 PP goal scorers

1975 and still counting.

Simmonds is great. Goalie situation sucked. Not a fan of Neuvirth or Mason. Yeah, metropolitan is brutal.

I hope the Ducks lose another game 7 at home.

Oshawa Generals are through to 2nd round of the playoffs
it's against a tough Mississauga Steelheads team. Geaux Gennies!

The Generals have a proud history of success in the playoffs, most notably their five MasterCard Memorial Cup trophies, the most recent of which came in 2015 when former captain Anthony Cirelli netted the overtime game-winner against the Kelowna Rockets in a stretch where the Gens won four straight games in the Memorial Cup. Oshawa is also the most successful OHL team win their record 13 J. Ross Robertson Cups for winning the OHL playoffs and will be looking for a strong showing again this year. The Gens went unnoticed and overlooked for most of the 2014-15 season, despite their size and skill on the roster and under the guidance of DJ Smith did the unthinkable. The Generals have been put in a similar spot this year with most overlooking the team since the trade deadline and now Coach Bob Jones will be looking for his team to prove them wrong. The Gens finished the season with a 40-23-3-2 record which was enough to grab the third seed in the Eastern Conference in their eighth straight playoff appearance.

Mississauga will indeed be tough.
Michael McLeod is in beat mode. 17 goals and 34 points in his last 18 games.
Devils have a good one.

And that it was. Caps almost choked on a 3-0 lead, but credit to the Blue Jackets for coming up huge in the third. Almost got the tying goal in the dying seconds.
I like playing Columbus because it is big boy hockey. Big hits, lot of physical play, and not a whole lot of free space to operate. You better come ready to play.

Oh, and the Penguins are still doing their part to lock up the Worst Fans on Earth trophy, by making fun of Neuvirth's collapse and hospitalization, which is simply beneath contempt. You don't joke about some things.

I admire anyone the cajones to bet both the Caps and the Blues to win the Stanley Cup. Because the weight of history is stacked against you on that play.

would love to see them square off in finals- so many story lines (oshie, shattenkirk, playoff failures). plus, I'm a huge blues fan

shoulda got the Hawks like I said a month ago before the lines updated to reflect their current form
Anaheim at +1500 is pretty juicy, I like that bet. best GA number in the league. just hope they don't host a game 7 in the playoffs (they've set a record for most consecutive game 7 home playoff losses)
Conversely, I advised you to bet Ottawa and these fricks have proceeded to lose their arse off and now might not even make the playoffs. So ill take the loss on that, didn't expect this type of collapse out of them
Montreal at +1400 is tempting

I think those odds are really good value for the Blues.
Do I think they'll win the cup? No but they are better than Nashville, Ottawa, Minnesota San Jose and can probably be considered even with Anaheim and Calgary.
They should be around that +1500 to +1600 number so +3000 is not a bad value play.

im not arguing for or against this statement as there are compelling reasons to like both teams, I just want to comment on how absurd this statement would of been before the trade deadline
I think they (wild blues) match up in round 1 and it will be good.
