Rules guy said they have 1 camera look showing an inch over the line. Plus, Clemson defenders hand was out of bounds when he touched it, meaning ball is dead.

Yeah it all comes down to whether a portion of the ball actually has to be touching the ground out of bounds. There was absolutely no conclusive evidence that was the case.

Whats the college rule on establishing yourself in bounds? I was thinking it would be overturned cause the guy only touched one foot down before recovering anyway
