I'm watching it, and why not? Its fun and different. It tests a team in new ways.

Record snow in one regular season NFL game.... This means crazy snowfall in New York Super Bowl.

Solid logic.

The real test is being able to even tell where the ball or any of the players are. Or even knowing where the field lines are.

Lulz, 4th fumble already in the Philly game. Still 0-0.

It could be great weather. But why take the chance for the biggest game of the year?

So by your logic, all Super Bowls should be played in domes because any game outside risks the chance of wind and precipitation. That's dumb.

You can definitely tell who supports dome/warm weather teams.

Agreed. I guess I have to read MSB whining about it for the next 2 months, though.

It's ridiculous. Historical data for the first week of February in that part of Jersey:

Last year the high was 46 with a low of 35 and no rain. OMG WHAT TERRIBLE WEATHER!!!!!

I didn't say anything about it having to be in a dome. In fact, I said specifically listed places like Tampa, Miami, and San Diego because of how consistent their weather is.
Not sure how is all of a sudden turned into a knock dome teams thread considering I never brought that up once.

You have admit though, if the Saints made it to the super bowl and the weather was like this, the meltdown on the MSB would be glorious

If the Steelers don't make it, which is obviously highly likely, I'm rooting for the Saints to make it and hoping for a blizzard during the game. This board and Saints Talk would be glorious.

El oh el

Joique Bell just had to come out of the game because he "couldn't find his shoe." I'm sure it's just lost under 3 feet of snow.

I hope the weather is bad so they keep future Super Bowls out of that miserable place called NY/NJ. Not because of the game.
