Don't know how long it will last, Fed is narrowly surviving on his service games last set and this one as well.
He's not really reaching Nadal's shots as well, and his shots certainly don't have the same pop to them. Guy is definitely tired and doesn't have the strength or energy.
Call for the trainer and get a energy boost Fed, show some life.

He keeps being aggressive approaching the net even when he isn't challenging or forcing Nadal into tough shots. He's charging when Nadal has routine forehands to hit.

It's odd that his best and most consistent shot all night is the cross court rip towards Nadal's stronger forehand.

The failed net approaching has definitely been uncharacteristic. But give some credit to Nadal as well

Fed plays with hair pre serve..and Rafa still always digging in his arse awaiting it..some things never change.

Nadal is known for reaching nearly every shot on the court and for bending in winners just inside the line. Trying to cut off angles on easy shots for Nadal is just silly.
