Haven't read through the thread yet. Just did some research and I think I'm gonna make my biggest play of the year, maybe ever, on UAB +37.

I'm betting ~5% per game of what I currently have in my online book.
I don't profess that I'm a sportsbetting guru, but I narrow down the weeks games using my own criteria to 8-10 per week on average and I flat bet those games in an effort to finish with a 57%-60% yearly W%.

I've checked therxforum for a while, there are several quality posters there. Pregame.com is pretty good also and they have an hour long local radio show every day with RJ Bell that's really good at breaking down matchups. I think you can catch it online for free. Covers is good for getting matchup info, trends, referees etc but Most of the experts there are just trying to sell picks.

I'm not a sports betting expery. But I'm going to guess most posters are casual sports bettors. I'd prefer learning from people who do this for a living - similar to poker.

Not sure if you're trolling or not, but either way.
These last few years, I'd say that LSU wouldn't cover 30+ points against a team like UAB. At the same time, with Cam Cameron, Mettenberger looked EXTREMELY confident and gives LSU something they've lacked for a very long time. Stability and accuracy at the QB position.
I'm not playing this game.

I typically stay away from the big lines for LSU games, but I would usually lean towards the underdogs in these type games. Miles doesn't run up the score, plus LSU has come out pretty meh in these type games lately.
BUT, being the first home game with Mett looking better.....you just never know, good luck
