Paging Tots, you still got any numbers on when the public is backing an underdog?
Michigan State is getting 76% of the money at +10.

I'm on Oregon. The Ducks are in a prime spot to make a statement on national TV after getting the shaft to number 3 in the BCS. Don't buy the ASU hype. Their schedule is very weak and Colorado gave them all they wanted for a while. ASU loss to Mizzou is looking real bad too. Ducks all day.

I've been swamped this week so i haven't been too involved. Tomorrow night I'll be in a hotel and able to devote some time to research. I'll see if I can pull up any numbers

Added Toledo +7.5 against Cinci
Cinci first away game, and their pass defense isnt that good.
Owens is also a boss.
Toledo nearly lost to Eastern Michigan. Proceed with caution.

Does anyone like Iowa State +14 against Oklahoma State. That line seems high..
I do.

It's a Thursday night game ... gotta think outside the box!
Listen, the list of Thursday night road team bets that I've lost is longer than my......well let's just say it's pretty long. So believe me when I say that I'm exceedingly reluctant to back Oregon in this Thursday night affair.
But then I kept coming back to the fundamental and undeniable truth that Oregon is simply way way better at the game of football than Arizona St.
Veracity trumps pavlonian reluctance.

I haven't put in any Saturday plays yet, but here are some of my leans. Tell me why I'm a moron.
My Favs:
Stanford-2.5 [nearly a pick em...is Cal gonna beat Stanford?]
Nebraska-6.5 [Northwestern blows]
Louisville-6.5 [I love Teddy Bridgewater]
Cincy-6.5 [Te MAC is not at its strongest this year. Toledo nearly lost to EMU.]
ECU-3 (UAB sucks]
Iowa st+14 [Too many points]
Indiana+2.5 [I expect them to win outright, and comfortably at that.]
Ball St.-3 [Ball St is just the better team. Central Mich got crushed by a bad Navy team.]
Like pretty well:
Rutgers-5.5 [Rutgers is going to lose at some point, but I don't think it's this game]
San Jose st.-11 [San Jose can score]
Fresno-14 [Fresno can score]
ULM+3.5 {ULM has been good to me this year]
New Mexico+11 [Don't be surprised of New Mex wins this game]
Baylor+10 [Texas may be in free-fall mode]
Faint hearted;
NC St-3 [I try to stay away from the ACC]
BYU+13.5 [May lay off this one]
Kent-4 [kent has been covering for me, but i'd be a liar if I said I knew a lot about them.]
Some Guy Named Troy-7 [This one guy must be really good. I assume he's all american.]

You realize this is at NW and will very likely play a huge factor in who goes to Pasadena, correct?

Totally agree with you on that one.
Nebraska's run defense blows. I think NU gives up like 189.7 yards per game. Northwestern has a very solid running game.

I added a small play on Oregon -8

I've been looking at Ball State as well. They have a good running back that should have a field day against CMU.
Also like Indiana. Kinda like the under in that one. Navy's coach said their plan for success was run the ball, eat the clock.
Probably gonna try and lock in most bets tonight or tomorrow before my drunken weekend in Knoxville.

Tots, how do you feel about the Over?

In case y'all don't read the NFL thread, I really think San Fran/Seattle under 38 is a great bet tonight. I normally stick to the thread topic but wanted to put this one out there.
Looks like a lot of us will be duck fans too.
