I didn't say Michigan wasn't great as well. All three are top 10 programs. Here's my personal list, based on a combination of NC, intervals between NCs (it counts more if you win 5 NCs over a span of 50 years like Nebraska, as opposed to winning 5 in 10 years like Miami), CCs, Bowls, Wins, ect. All of that.
1. Alabama
2. Notre Dame
3. Oklahoma
4. Ohio State
5. Southern Cal
6. Michigan
7. Nebraska
8. Texas
9. Penn State
10. Tennessee

I think it really depends on what you're looking for as a coach.
Someone in the thread earlier brought up a really good point about how at ND if you don't win the National Championship then everything else is much more of a consolation prize than at the other schools.
At tOSU and UM you have more to play for. Beating local rivals, winning conference titles, and winning the Rose Bowl are all held in high regard for both schools (though lately UM has been more focused on those type of things while tOSU has been able to chase national championships). I mean our most beloved and legendary coach never won a national championship but he is still worshipped by our school/fans.
At this current moment, I'd rank them as
1) tOSU
2) Notre Dame
3) Michigan
These rankings can change and if Brady Hoke brings Michigan back to consistently being atop the B1G then I'd probably push Michigan up the list because they will continue to draw more and more national interest.

Ohio State is easily #1 out of the three. They're in the same boat as Georgia and LSU - lots of in-state talent without legitimate in-state competition.

Nebraska won 5 in a span of 27 years, not 50.

Why are you bumping this?

If he is gonna go and bump this, Hoke says ND is chikin.
