Tennessee needs to go get them someone like Tosh Lupoi. Maybe not as HC but pay him a shitload of money to be on their staff. Dude is a beast recruiter.

why?
it's quite the dead end job. a good stepping stone for a guy making a mark in a BCS conference for the first time, or a good retirement parachute for an older coach, but why would a big name go there?
