re: I think UF has what it takes to go Back 2 Back (again).

I'll be the first to admit I shite on Lee and Fland early in the season because they looked really bad. But they've both been playing really well and efficient for awhile now, especially Lee. Lee is averaging nearly 15 pts/6 asts a game while shooting something like 55% from the field over his last 7 games. He's also been good at running the offense and really pushing the pace.
Compared to our bigs, yes, the guards probably are still the weakness and what could prevent us from repeating if they shrink in the tournament. But looking at the other title contenders that have separated themselves from the pack (Duke, Arizona, Michigan, and UConn), I'm not seeing any of this supposed elite guard play that's head and shoulders above ours?

The Human Victory Cigar is in.

Florida has shot one more free throw than Ark. (at the time of my post). 6 more now
Arkansas fans just think no fouls should be called on them because Calipari has them in a position of having no bench.
Golden just told him to get the frick off his floor.

Teams that try to run at Florida’s pace get blown out. The way to beat this team is to try to slow the game down to play in the 70s.

we gotta slow it down playing
Yeah, Golden has already played a lot of his bench and wants to run run and run some more. Arkansas is gonna be gassed in the 2nd half trying to play this pace.

Lee has really grown into his role.

Matt Jones
We’re not even playing that bad (except for a few unforced errors from Lee). Texas is just hitting their shots.

This Tennessee-Vandy game is crazy. Back and forth on every possession.

What is Acuff doing? He should be taking every shot in this OT.
Wow, I've never seen the command center overturn the refs call on the court.
re: Maybe Nate oats was right, Florida camps out in the lane.

A minute and 30 seconds into the game and Kentucky's first bucket, keep your eyes on 24:

That's just the first example I found within 30 seconds of looking. But I'm sure Kentucky never did it again the rest of the game.

Is there any hope for Kentucky to get Quaintance back and contributing this year?
If he can even get back to a fraction of his former self, he could be a difference come tournament time.

Mike White knows how to recruit individual talent, but he really struggles to put a complete team together.
Kentucky played pretty well. Outside of a few lapses on Klavzar where he hit clutch threes and Lee getting hot from outside early, they would have been right in this game.

It has been an uneven officiated game.
Yeah. The refs need to call Kentucky pushing off on offense more often.
Aberdeen falling asleep on that last couple of Klavzar threes. You love to see it.
I'll admit the refs are letting them get a little too physical. But these are the types of the games you'll see in the tournament.
