All of the Astro fans saying Gourriel is ready after like three games is comical to me. Wasn't Bregman raking in the minors as well?

its definitely better than what people would be seeing in the minors
if you do well for a very long time in cuba, then start raking in the minors, its a better sign that you are ready to make the jump than just raking in the minors

its why these players who spend a while in japan and cuba who do finally come over get fast tracked. gourriel will spend a month in the minors. at most
