Anyone that claims otherwise is low IQ. Penn State beats up on the shite teams in the top heavy big 10 and always loses to the teams at the top. They haven’t beat a ranked team in the regular season since 2019 and you want to pretend they aren’t propped up by playing shite teams like Nebraska that do nothing but serve as a punching bag for the top of the big 10? They would be no better than Missouri in the SEC and that’s being generous.
