Ohio State - Illinois

I think I remembered OSU fans complaining about the lack of holding calls while Illinois ran it down their throat and out their arse into the end zone all game. Was it more?

Cause if it's just a lack of holding calls in blatant situations, every official during LSU games should be suspended

Yeah. They blew what should have been an easy fumble call, but the official was out of position on the play to see it happen.

Here's the play: :50 Mark

I believe they also were questioned regarding their lack of penalties thrown as well. Good times.

I never understood why they would suspend a WHOLE CREW. Identify the bad one (or ones) and suspend them.

Let's just suspend the whole Saints Defense when Will Smith and Charles Grant do their 4 games.

an Illinois runner clearly fumbled into the end zone from about the 3 yard line and no fumble was ruled on the field nor was the play reviewed. Whether Ohio State recovered the ball or not they still would have gotten possession as the ball clearly was fumbled into the end zone.

Additionally there were blatant pick plays on two Illinois TD passes that weren't called. Both times the second receiver clearly went out of his way to knock an Ohio State defender off of the primary receiver.

The same crew was involved in a controversial ending to a game an week of two before and many people were shocked that the crew was assigned to the Ohio State vs, Illinois game.

The side judge on this officiating crew is Jesse Dupuy from New Iberia ! He's not the one who made any of the bonehead calls that this crew has made in last 3 weeks! Good football ref who is now stuck with a bad stigma!
