Westgate is an anomoly. Best 5-4 team I have seen in my life.

Don't know why everybody is picking curtis. My comets only lost by one last time because of 2 two missed FG (including an easy one with about 2 minutes left to make it a 2 possession game) plus curtis becomes turnover happy when they play us. Look out cause my comets gonna be ready and bring the whole dam fan base to kenner

Curtis in regular season = less than Curtis in playoffs. I'd be willing to bet Curtis wins by at least 14 points this time.

Well that may be true but we were missing our 2 best running backs for that game as well and you have to think SCC will step it up to

Curtis killed themselves in that game trying to get the passing game going. If they make one mistake, they'll quit and veer option the Comets into submission. Curtis by 14+

Umm.. I remember reading in the paper all around Louisiana they saying Breaux Bridge has/had the best Front 7 in the State. (2 or 3 LSU Commitments)

I hope you're right, but you obviously haven't seen Westgate play.
I'm telling you.....Don't look at the seed. Don't look at the regular season record. They remind me of St. Aug. In the playoffs they have made some damn good football teams look silly at times. When they are on, and fired up, they can beat anybody. When you beat Shaw, Mandeville, South Lafourche, and Central, that should tell you something about what they are capable of.
It's gonna be a fricking dogfight Friday night.

People just need to come to the realization that this is the semi-finals. Everybody is very good. You don't get lucky 3 games in a row to get to this point.

Idk if you came in '06 to Llody G. when Westgate hosted Rummel in the Regional's, but it's at the same place.

yeah I agree.. I just don't know why Westgate becomes a top 5 team in the playoffs every year they make it..
In '07 we made it to the semi's but lost to Jordan Jefferson and that high powered offense.

Baffles me too. I still can't figure out how you guy's lost the games you lost during the regular season i.e Patterson, Comeaux. It's a mystery.
