Reminds me of a post boxing match interview after a fight between bitter rivals.

Reminded me of WWE. Nevertheless, people are making a bigger deal out of this than needs be.

I have no problem with what he said. I don't think people realize the adrenaline that goes through these guys. Glad it wasn't the same ole cliche "great win" bullshite

No. He could have said some of the same stuff in a different manner and been much better off. He played himself.

I don't have a problem with his shite talking on the field or even getting all loud right after the game saying he's the best. If you can back it up, then go ahead and talk but you better not be a sore loser if and when someone beats you cause it will happen.

Only thing he shouldn't have done was single out a player from another team and calling him sad or mediocre. Talk about yourself and your team all you want, but leave the personal attacks on the field

BUT, after watching the old first take interview with Skip Bayless he said multiple times that his stats and game film speaks for itself and everyone will see that and that's all that matters. When in reality Richard Sherman is speaking for Richard Sherman and doing it quite obnoxiously. He's not letting his stats and game film speak for itself

My deal is that he plays aggressive and isn't hesitant to call out a division rival. This is everythinh viewers should want to see in a conference championship game. Instead others are acting like this is such a disgrace. When it isn't at all.

Exactly. Professional football is a violent game played by mostly mean people. Furthermore, cornerbacks are mostly narcissists. It comes with the territory when your job is to line up across guys like Megatron to prevent them from playing pitch and catch with guys like Matthew Stafford. Go watch cricket or squash if you're interested in sportsmanship.

This.

It takes one salty mofo to make a living stopping the WRs of today, tbh.

The guy is obviously a POS thug, no doubt in anyones mind about that. He acted exactly like the POS thug he is. You know how the saying goes "you can take a thug out of the hood, but you can't take the hood out of the thug". Anyway, geaux Broncos!!!

Sherman came off like a selfish punk, and that's that. You'll find out a bunch about someone with how well they handle success and winning. Unfortunately this punk behavior will be reward though, and who knows? Maybe we'll reward girls rubbing foam fingers on their private parts next.....lol

I had to laugh when they interviewed his parents on the CBS morning news this morning. Cliff's-he's a really nice boy, just misunderstood. This quote sounded vaguely familiar-wonder when BHO will tell the press that if he'd had a son, he'd be just like Richard Sherman. Except for that playing NFL football thing that's too dangerous.

Truthfully, I think Richard Sherman had every right to say what he did. Since entering the league the guy is 1st in picks, 1st in passes defensed, and 1st in opposing QB rating when targeted.

The guy is lockdown. And for people who say he's a thug he had a 4.0 gap and 1400 out of 1600 on sat

Comparing the white guy with a known drug history to Sherman, that proves my point, not yours.

The longer this thread goes the more apt I am to pulling for the Seahawks to win the SB just to see what Sherman does and how it pissed off the MSB.

No you said a white guy would not be called a thug, all I did was point out a white guy that is called a thug all the time, I wasn't comparing him to Sherman or anyone else.

Why'd you choose Henderson?

That makes no sense. Choose a comparable, really smart athlete with a Masters from a prestigious university, then you'll have a point.

Or, just choose a random white guy. YOu went to the biggest outlier you could possibly find to try and prove some point that never had a chance to be proven when you went with that guy.
