Didn't claim Texas was second tier either. The Big XII is down this year, way down. And not just Texas but Oklahoma too. Nebraska looks good in comparison but that's not saying much. I'm just glad the ACC and Big Least look as bad as they do or the Big XII would be getting more attention.
