no...maybe. I'm still technically on their roster.

I would really hope I wouldn't get one though.

LfcSU, if you don't get a ring, that's bullshite, and if you "really hope you don't get one" you're just being a humble teammate (the DL is the DL, bro), true Ranger fans consider BMac a Ranger.

I'm sure Chicken is pulling for you to get back in a Rangers uniform soon, so he can sit back and admire all the celebrity coverage he's been getting between the Wall Street Journal interview, Troubl having her Peterson fark distributed in Death Valley and getting CBS television coverage, and a poster returning to the mound on a World Series Texas Rangers team.

This sure seems to be the year of the underdog...Jesus, the Saints started the sports year as Super Bowl Champion by defeating football royalty, Manning and the Colts.

If the Saints can do it, then the lowly underachieving, underspending Texas Rangers can do it, symbollically in a year when a baseball player was part of a team who won the Rangers by outbidding a billionaire.

IT'S TIME

I'm actually having a hard time picturing how we are going to react to our Rangers in the ALCS for the first time in...well...ever.

Right now the Rangers are the only team in baseball that has not won a playoff series.

area man, area.

And I really attribute a lot of this turn around to Nolan. What he has done with the farm club and what's currently being done with the big club is fantastic.

The players want it too... There were so many times this season where I thought they were going to pull what they normally do. They just refuse to lose (yeah, it's baseball, losses happen, but you get my point.)

That's what scares me, if we end up making it to the WS. It does give me a chubby thinking about a Halladay vs. Lee matchup though. Except it would be in Philly.

Citizens Bank park is absolutely great, went to a game earlier this year and I was pretty blown. away. It makes where I watched games growing up look like a shithole

The drunken dago fan base has its advantages as well.

Funny to me really, Lee definitely knows how to pitch to those guys and vice versa. Awesome pitching duel on paper though.

Curious to see how Oswalt does tonite
