I still see a Cardinals player reaching out at the legs before the ball is to the receiver and the receivers legs buckling. By rule that is a pass interference.

If you go watch it the ball takes a bounce when it passes his arm. His foot was out at that point.

That wasn't what was called though. They might have figured that out on the review, but that wasn't what the refs called.
BTW, McNabb screwed them just as much by missing wide open receivers on 2nd and 3rd down.

Okay well even if it went to replay, I think they would have seen that happen. So that would have made it Eagles ball still.

NO, if a player is OOB when he touches the ball, the KICK is OOBs. It is a kick until he gains possession.
