Bama's big win is Georgia but yesterday showed that meant nothing

Have you perused ND's losses?

Of course. They lost two close games to playoff teams. Bama lost badly to a team light years from the playoff.

As I said in another thread, Notre Dame has done nothing to earn a bid other than losing close. It’s the definition of brand bias that they were even under consideration. If you gave UCONN the same resume as ND, they wouldn’t have been an afterthought to the committee. Now saying that, the committee made this controversial because for whatever reason, they’ve had ND ahead of Miami since the initial rankings were released. If they would have had Miami ahead of ND the entire time, there would be zero controversy today.

If the metric is losses then Bama is only team w 3. They shouldn’t have been in.

The committee saying a 10-3 Bama is better than 10-2 ND is laughable.

So what exactly is this supposed controversy?

Anyone focused on Bama is focused on the wrong thing. The problem is Tulane and JMU getting a spot.

It is better to remain quiet and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and prove yourself to be one.
