Police say a 21-year-old man has been cited into court in connection with last week’s assault on a man from Scotland.
Shortly before 3 a.m. on August 16, Burlington Police responded to Main Street, near Nectar’s and Esox bars, for a report of an unresponsive man found on lying on the sidewalk.
On Thursday, following an investigation into the incident, police cited McKeever Barrow from South Carolina has been cited to appear in court on Tuesday.
The 34-year-old Port Glasgow man sustained head injuries in the assault. He is still hospitalized in stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery.
