Wisconsin’s winning formula from like 1997-2017 was to run it down your throat. Relative to recruiting rankings, they always punched above their weight.
In hindsight, it was a risky move to try to change your identity. Wisconsin’s recruiting area doesn’t have the type of athlete that you need for a dynamic offense.

He was never going to win again after his cowardly behavior as a Head Coach against Alabama in the 2021 Playoff.
Down 17-6 and instead of trying to get back into the game, he starts playing for a respectable newspaper score.
