Boise didn't/won't schedule the work needed to make it a Goliath, on par with the traditional BCS superpowers. Your article makes an excellent supporting point - how America helps create a Cinderella or a Rudy (by recogntion based on various criteria) and how they can be recognized as a Goliath (despite being based on an inadequate resume).

I remember how well "Today, We Are All Ducks" worked last year.
