It could just be editing, but Rampage and his coaches spend more time doing "pranks" than working with their fighters. I almost feel sorry for the dudes on his team. They'll leave the show not learning very much.

That triangle took what 90 seconds to sink? Jensen has 9-10 pro fights. I'm sure it was crap competition, but he's not exactly Wayne Weems. How does that happen?
As for Rampage, he doesn't care. He's not there to coach winning fighters. He is there to make jokes and get air time.

Brad Imes caught someone in a triangle during the season Rashad was on that took atleast twice that long to sink. It was awesome.

Mir spent 99% of both those fights in full mount of Sims. The only two times Sims got up was to head stomp Mir (TKO) and get knocked out by an exhasuted Mir. Coming from Coleman's camp, you think he would have better ground game.

agreed. not only is it bad, but i'm losing all respect i had for my boy rampage. i used to think he was funny, but now he's like a teenager repeating the same jokes over and over again. evan his shite talking is lame. he's trying too hard to be funny. on the other hand, i used to hate rashad but now i have immense respect for him now. yet i will still watch

Rampage is the worst coach ever. Yes, even worse than Shamrock. His guys are unprepared for every single fight. I almost feel sorry for them as they have 0 chance to win.

Rampage just lost his "Gimme fight" of the season. I honestly don't know how Junk just lost to that meat head. I knew the fight was over when it was close to 11:00 after 2 rounds and Meathead kicked his arse like that in the first round. I can understand Junk losing the first round the way he did, but Metrione was so ridiculously gassed in the second round that he had no chance whatsoever against takedown attempts. Junk should have won the second and then gone on to win the sudden death round. just piss poor.

These guys suck. We heard all the hype for Junk and then...ummmmmmmmmmmmmm....yeah.
Did they cancel the conditioning portions of the training sessions this season?
Mitrioni's stand up did seem decent for the first few minutes before he was out of gas.
Was that a fake door? Seemed like it was made of cardboard or something?
Oh and Sims' shimmy across the wall outside is definitely top 3 funny moments this season.

Sims is saving this show.
i really don't like any of the guys outside or inside the ring. this is horrible.
