I'm just throwing out what I've read in the newspapers. I remember a big article in The Advocate about it sometime last year. Maybe you could share some of your knowledge on Baton Rouge AIDS demographics with us.

I don't hate Baton Rouge, I just limit my visits for safety reasons. The Advocate does put out quality articles.
