Jay Walker is the one who riles them up. He's the one who feeds them the conspiracy theories - Tulane kept them out of C-USA for 30 years, LSU is keeping them down. La Tech kept them out of the bowl game. They win a game and "the tide is turned. We're the number 2 team." He should have been telling them to give money, build the brand, and support the program all these years.
