Urban shifting blame to university. Lots of people will be fired imo. Strange thing is, if he reported it in 2015, nobody from the university talked to victim per her interview. This is a mess.

Already covered. ThE universities attorney contacted her attorney in 2015. Attorney client privilege then went into place. I posted the exact quote from the attorney but it’s buried somewhere in one of these threads.

Why is McMurphy a bad guy? Did he attack Urban or do something wrong? Did he make the story up? Urban attacked him and basically called him a liar. He should not lose his job over it but Urban handled this poorly.

It was still a reasonable assumption given the information, I bet if he had an editor they would have cleaned that up.
