I like how this guys arguing fo Jordan and avoiding the most important part of Jordan's "bad game" stat line. In those 3 games jordan shot poorly. 6 of 19 is a bad percentage. But he didn't have 12 points or 15 if you want to account for 3's, he had 23. When a players in a slump what should they turn to? Driving, and getting fouled! Turn to your superior athleticism when the shots aren't falling. That's what lebron should have done. But he didn't. Zero free throw attempts.
In regards to the heats struggles they stem from lebron. Sorry but he just simply doesn't like going down low. One of his first field goals was a powerful face to basket double pump easy lay in. then he abandoned that. He wants to be a guard. Essentially he's a glorified power forward. He's the heaviest player on the court. He wants to play point. Magic wasn't a shooter on the offensive end he drove and he played back to basket basketball when need. But he had forwards and centers out there with him to dish down low. Haslem and bosh want to shoot, lebron wants to shoot. The heat need a banger and no one wants that role at the moment. Millers shooting lights out, ray coming back. Charmers and cole are shooting 3's. that's those guys role.
And this is all coming from a guy who does not like the Heat in any way. I don't like the bandwaggon fan base, the super team ideology, and I think they're more like the spurs then they want to believe. They've turned around and complained to refs more times than frankly I've seen the spurs. But they're more athletic and the prettier team so people want to believe what they want to believe.

his shooting may have been off at times but his will and aggressiveness never was. got to the lane....got to the line! stayed effective. cant say dat bout yur boy!

by scoring 30, 40 even 50 points a game in the next 3 games and going to the foul line 10 or 15 times and making 90% of them ..there by carrying the Heat to winning 3 strait and NBA Championship

somebody should remind him the heat didn't win it all in 2011

I hate to defend this guy, whose clearly down with some sort of syndrome, but I think he meant 3 games in the series and ultimately the ship. Everything else including that is a no.

And the fact that he got 11 rebounds and 5 assists is moot because it did nothing to help his team win. There's no spinning his performance just like there wasn't any spinning it two years ago. No, MJ wouldn't have done this shite.

Scottie Pippen wouldn't have averaged 14 points in an NBA finals either

Danny Green and Kawhi Leonard were abusing LeBron not Wade. Wade hasn't been great either, but no one was foolishly calling him the best defender in the NBA either. This myth that LeBron is an elite defended needs to die. Is he very good? Sure. Elite? Not even close.

LeBron can go to the rim everytime if he wants. He did it against OKC in the finals and nobody can stop him except himself. He needs to attack and stop settling for jumpers.

It'd be one thing if it were just his jumper but his post up game is meh as well. Dude doesn't need to be Patrick Ewing in the low post, but damn.

Not with the way Kawhi is playing off of him and the others are collapsing and helping. He's gotta shoot better first.

Your post is the only one that remotely addresses the OP's question. Nice breakdown in that article.
