10/22/2016 against Ohio State. They blocked an OSU field goal and ran it back for a touchdown with about 4 minutes left in the game to take the lead. PSU defense held and they won. That’s the only win Franklin has against OSU during his tenure.

I think OSU had just played @ top 10 Wisconsin the week before and Pedo St had a bye week too.
