You got fooled by a click bait headline. It's nothing to be embarrassed about, happens to all of us from time to time.
Surely you arent dumb enough to believe that comparing the season opener on ABC viewers to the 6th game of the seasons viewers on NBA TV isn't an actual valid comparison.

The mental gymnastics required to deny the impact Clark has had on wnba popularity is Olympic level. Like serious Olympic level, not head case scared of the big stage Biles level.

Who is denying that Clark has had a big impact?
She certainly has. Just the 55% viewer drop number is bullshite. We have 4 games with her and 4 without that show CBS dropped 13%. You cant compare a season opener on ABC to a reg season game on NBA TV.
The numbers without her are still higher than 2023 viewers.

Thanks. So just about every game that Clark played in on ion last year was over a million. The game this year on ion without her was about 20% less than the lowest of those on ion last year.
20% NBD. Beginning of the season. They will easily make that up with Clark.

Well here is one unarguable fact for you. I haven’t watched one second of WNBA since CC was injured. Before that I generally watched Fever games. Add that to the data please. It’s important.
