I think the players weren't aware of the score because the replay looks like Pop, assistants, bench players were all screaming and waving at them. But the players on the court just stood there.

He said he was yelling to foul but Aldridge didn't hear him.

Then that's a pretty bad look for, not only Aldridge, but every Spur on the floor. Someone has to be aware of the situation.

Even if he didn't hear him, Aldridge isn't a rookie. With almost 30 seconds left, you'd figure he might eventually consider the situation and think "oh shite, I should foul."

Shows just how much leadership has been lost in recent years. I cannot ever picture Manu Ginobili allowing an opponent to run 30 seconds off the clock in a 4 point game without fouling, even if he had to sprint the length of the floor to do it.
