As far as the winning part, How many WS have the Yanks won in the last 15 years????? Thats right THREE!!! No STFU and get your facts straight.

not real good at math are we.

lets see its 2010, so 15 years ago would be 1995, you still with me? lets see the yankees won the world series in 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2009. that would equal 5, i know im probably going too fast for you since you rode the short bus to school.

I started liking da Yanks in the 90's, I'm not gonna front I am a bandwagon fan. I've seen maybe 12-14 baseball stadiums but haven't been to NY yet.

Whatever dude!!! BMW says people hate the Yanks cause they win and are jealous. 5 WS in 32 years is OK but nothing close to dominant, Considering how much money they have flushed down the drain and got ZERO results.

If it's the Yankees Phillies I'm not watching one inning of the World Series.

It's time for some new teams - Giants/Rangers - I will at least tune in.

To have a viable, equitable league, every team has to have a chance and right now only 1/3 of MLB is relevant. Going watch the Royals or Pirates is not that much different than going to a AAA game.

NBA to a lesser extent is very similar but at least teams can get one or two players that could make a difference.

NFL is the perfect model, every team has a legitimate shot every year with the exception of the Lions and Falcons and this year the Cowboys.

Sorry guys, I know I'm a little off in my math. I'm unable to see sarcasm or boastfulness for what it really is and as a result of my stupidity, take everything literally. Winning 7 WS since 1977 is damn impressive and the fact they've been to 11 since 1976 is even more impressive considering no other team has won or been to anywhere close to what the Yankees have done. The sheer amount of winning they've done has made my head spin.

It's ok, peej. We understand.

And yet we "buy championships." Of course having nearly 3 times as many titles as the cards (2nd place with 10) we will have a lot of banwagon fans. But nothing comes close to the passion and love a true yankee fan has for his team.
