19) Kenny Dies (5x13)
This is strangely a dramatic episode, but its hilarious as well because the fact that out of the dozens of times that Kenny has died, this is the first time they are actually taking it seriously. There's also a hilarious subplot with Cartman and aborted fetuses, and its hilarious when he goes and testifies in front of Congress. Cartman also does one of his worst acts ever by convincing women to have abortions so that he can grow his own Shakey's Pizza next door to a Shakey's Pizza.
Best Moment: "I'm just like the aborted fetuses Chuck, I wasn't born yesterday."

18) Woodland Critter Christmas (8x14)
South Park has had alot of great Christmas episodes, but "Woodland Critter Christmas" is by far the funniest. It takes everything that Christmas is and turns it into everything that Christmas isn't, with bloody orgies, satanic sacrifices, bestiality, abortions, the Anti-Christ, and mass murder. Cartman being the narrator was hilarious and something you didn't see coming.
Best Moment: The charming scene with the lion cubs learning to give abortions

It's why that episode is top ten in my heart.

No way I could ever pick my very favorite, it's too hard to choose between so many great episodes and there are still many more I have yet to see. One that really stand out to me at the moment, though, is "Helen Keller the Musical." So many hilarious moments, and even a touching scene? Gobbles

It was Jimmy...but yes that episode might be my absolute favorite as well
Best part was when jimmy went on his speech about how steroids, cheating, and lying are bad and they just zoom in on Mark McGwire and Barry Bonds during the whole speech

17) Two Days Before the Day After Tomorrow (9x08)
If Matt and Trey have ever ripped a film a new fricking a-hole, "The Day After Tomorrow" is it. It is truly an awful film and the only ridiculous factor of the film that wasn't covered was the wolves hunting them down. Everyone running from Global Warming I'd say would easily be in my top 5 moments in the series.
Of course this film goes after everyone for Katrina, but it mostly goes after the American people themselves. They point out the insanity that instead of trying to help these people is that the American public was more interested on whose fault it was. Cartman and Kyle with the Jew gold was hilarious since Cartman was finally right on a Jewish stereotype about Kyle.
Best Moment: WE DIDN'T LISTEN!!!. Honorable Mention: I Broke The Dam

16) Night of the Living Homeless (11x07)
Kyle gives a homeless guy 20 dollars and it seems after that that South Park becomes overrun with homeless people. The way they treat the Homeless in this episode is absolutely hilarious. Randy also completely owns this episode. Don't have much to say about this episode, but it was completely hilarious.
Best Moment: He's homeless now!

15) Asspen (6x02)
This episode is a perfect parody of 80s and 90s sports films. I don't think this was a difficult episode to write for Matt and Trey, but knowing the genre so well they were able to write a completely hilarious episode. It really points out the ridiculousness and insanity of these films and how something like this would never happen in real life. The B-Plot with the Time Shares is almost as funny as the one the boys are in. Cartman completely abusing Butters in this episode was also just great.
Best Moment: Montage
