I also think the bad guy behind the scenes might be Tate Donovan for some reason.

its pretty clear the head terrorist is going to be Behrooz. I don't know why everyone can't see that.

I really hope they don't do the whole mole storyline this year. In the later 24 years, these were one of the major pitfalls of the show. It isn't necessary at all especially with only 12 episodes.

Just finished Episode 2, the 2nd part of the premiere. Anyone else notice Jack say, "Yates has got 2 in the front, 1 in the back" when he arrives in the hood?
A nice two in the pink, one in the stink reference.

Don't sleep on Head Hacker Dude as being in on it.
The CIA initially knew how to grab Chloe somehow and he seemed more shocked than relieved to see her again.
His erstwhile colleague, Yates, was key in designing the program.
He's throwing roadblocks at Jack getting the info out.
He's anti government.
He's already absolved himself from responsibility for any drone attacks by saying the Americans are ultimately to blame for having them in the first place.

I think they're making it way too obvious to be Guy of Gisborne.
I'm going with the tried and true mole angle. 24 is never scared to go back to that well.
