I'm wondering what their plan is for him for the upcoming seasons. At first I thought that he might be a double agent, and just made it look like he killed the Shield agents on the plane. But I don't see how that can still be the case after the people that were killed in the fridge raid.
So if he is indeed part of Hydra, and he did indeed kill all of those Shield agents, then how can they possibly write it so that he rejoins Coulson's team once they figure out what he has been up too (and you know they'll eventually figure it out)? Seems to me that his days are numbered on the show.
They would need a really good explanation for him to rejoin the team after all of this.

I bet the cello player in the picture is Coulson's girlfriend. In the Avengers, he told Tony or Pepper that his girl played the cello.

I don't think there is a way for him to get back on the team unless he takes down Garrett, a shite ton of Hyrda, saves everyone, and is seriously injured in the process.
It's not like he has the Bucky Barnes excuse of being mind wiped Hyrda experiment to earn sympathy points.

Just watched Tuesdays episode, makes sense that shield would have kept all those weapons because they did as seen in Avengers.

How'd you watch it? I still can't get it on Hulu - says I need Hulu plus.
Posted on 4/19/14 at 8:44 pm to wadewilson
I have mooch access to Hulu plus, I remember a ridiculous wait time to watch episodes with no membership. Something like 8 days from the air date.

So I can't even watch episode 18 until I watch episode 19. And I won't watch episode 19 this week, because I'll be driving to the airport tuesday night.
Screw it, I'll just download it illegally.

Just caught up. They are doing a really good job with this show imo. Every actor in Hollywood must be trying to get a multi-movie deal with Marvel right now.

On an unrelated note, I was just watching Rambo (2008 version) on Spike. Would it work, if by some ridiculous stroke of luck, Marvel got Stallone to play Frank Castle?

I think he could pull it off. They haven't proven they have been able to write a decent Punisher script though. I think they could get Stallone if they offered him a multi movie deal. Anyone figured out how much Sam Jackson is making off of Marvel alone? I think he was guaranteed 7 movies.

Ok, that version of Blackout is already creepy.

Bill Paxton recently touched on AOS when interviewed by CraveOnline at WonderCon

Seems like he may be hinting that even if/when Garrett is stopped he won't be killed...

You’re part of the Marvel universe now.
It’s so fun. I was like, “When am I getting my invitation?” Come on.
Did the role of John Garrett become bigger than you originally expected it to be?
It did, it did. They started writing for me and I knew it was penciled in where it was possibly going and I’m having so much fun now that they’ve unmasked Garrett and his true nature has come out. I’ve got three more episodes and they’re pretty cool. There’s a great episode that really deals with Ward, how he ended up almost like my surrogate son and also a little bit about where I came from, why I tick the way I do. Then of course we’re all coming in for the season finale.
Does your deal allow you to cross over in to the Marvel movies should they choose to?
I would like to think so. I would love to think so. I really enjoyed working with Jed Whedon and his wife Maurissa [Tancharoen] who’s the creators, and Jeff Bell the show runner, and Jeph Loeb. It’s been a great group of guys.
I mean, if Samuel L. Jackson can do “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” you should be able to do The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
From your lips…

More Bill Paxton is a good thing. Maybe he can add being crushed by the Hulk to his resume.

I has a sad for Patton.
And once again Jemma gives an answer that makes it seem like she could still be a traitor.
