Great show so far.
This season should be really interesting. I like how they are just focusing on one crime, not a new crime every episode.
Also, that part with the new detective and the girls on the soccer field was fricking weird.
"Where can we party?"

Why exactly does the lead have to be really hot?
Hot would be out of place for a police drama murder mystery. There aren't too many supermodels on the force.

That was close to my favorite scene from last night.

I just started watching it on my dvr this morning (I'll have to stop at 9 for class). Overall i've enjoyed the flow of this show and the fact that it's filmed in Seattle,Washington

Holder seems to be the most interesting character so far.

I thought the show was pretty good
I'm sold on the teacher being the killer for now..But I'm still not 100% sure.
Found a new Sunday show...

wasn't that impressed. Seems almost like a mix b/n a lifetime movie and one of the dozen cop shows on TV. The lead chick is fugly, and the male detective is a creeper.

No, those shows types of shows are all stand alone episodes.

no kidding? there was nothing unique that stood out ab the show. It was mildly interesting, but I've seen the story done before. The bad boy rich kid bf, the cop ab to retire lured back in for one last case tutoring the new hot shot rookie, etc. I'll prob give it another ep.

Well at least the ones I've seen. If I thought this was just your standard CSI type show I wouldn't watch it.

I thought it was pretty good. I am glad the lead detective is not attractive to be honest - we would all call BS on the show if it was some piece of hot azz with no acting skills. Granted - we may be more inclined to watch the show if that were the case but hey....
I liked the Seattle rain and gloom - it goes with the mood at this point.
I agree that the teacher has appeared enough at this point to be someone we should watch and the clips of what to look for in the coming weeks wants us to think it is the politician or his Fbuddy. I'm thinking it may have something to do with the azzhole kids dad or dead girls co-workers who tried to bang the daughter and killed her.
As for the show - I'm in for next week at least.
Man, how about that "Cage" in the basement of the school... WTF...

I just finished watching the show. The first hour was top tier and kept my attention. The scene where Rosie's dad shows up to the murder site is somewhat hard to watch. During the second hour I actually started to like Mitch and he didn't annoy me as much as he did in the first hour.
Like most of you, I'm starting to worry about the teacher and Rosie's friend (she seems extremely jumpy all the time).
FWIW, watching this show while it's raining and gloomy is spot on

T councilman seemed the most suspicious to me. His mistress even thinks he's cheating on her. Would put it past him to have an underage girl on the side who needed to be gotten rid of.

judging from the first two hours. I wouldn't put it past him to have something on the side. But, i don't think he would kill her. I'm also suspicious of that douchbag kid who's dad slapped the hell out of him.

I think she's the killer...I dont know the motive, but she tossed that kid in the trunk

Anyone play heavy rain on ps3 this show reminds me of that.
Okay I may be way off but she wasn't completely covered in blood when she was running through the forest, so was that someone else's blood in the cage?

Haha. Same here.
I think the Councilman is too obvious at this point, plus that guy always plays some skeezy bastard and I give AMC credit enough to not peg him with it.
The friend clearly knows more than she's letting on. Wouldn't be all surprised to see the dingbat end up dead herself.
My guess is Rosie was banging the Councilman, someone found out, and took her out over it.

I think she was banging the teacher, but he didn't kill her.

I think the blood in the cage was a bit of mixture of young girls blood. The cage is where they all went to naughty things apparently so who knows where the blood came from. I dont know how far the woods are that she was running in is from the school so I doubt ALL of the blood is related to this one crime. I think the blood will open up a new topic and give us someone we should have as a suspect but it will be a false suspect. It is too obvious.
I thought long and hard about this and now I am thinking the lead detectives to be husband is my primary suspect. The way he popped up to "scare" her when she got home with the fact that he was scheduled to get leave town the same day/weekend of the murder. He is about to get married so there is your motive. He also said something creepy about the ladies kid when she was saying he may not like moving - he said something like "He will like it/accept it/be okay with it or I WILL MAKE HIM" That comment stood out for me and then it got lost in the show. I will take bets that it is the to be husband of the lead detective.
Then the teacher and then one of the council aids (guy or the girl)
