I wasn't too impressed with the episode either. I guess they wanted us to believe that Laurel's training with Nyssa (for what, a month?) allowed her to be able to take on assassins that have had years of training.
I thought it was lame that Oliver told them to trust him (so they knew he wasn't brainwashed), yet they were still freaking out on him.
And then why the hell did Ra's continue to trust Oliver after Malcolm ratted him out?

No kidding. I was so psyched before the season began with the anticipation of Ra's, but they screwed the pooch with how they have done him. I mean the actor is fine, but it's the storyline that they've gone with that just seems, I don't know, not very well thought out or something.
I'm thinking that they've been so focused on getting a good intro storyline for the Flash series, that they've kind of been neglecting the Arrow storyline.

How is Laurel fighting these assassins? She has had what a total of two months training, from beginning to end of the series. She looks so dumb with that black costume and stupid "intense" look on her face every time. Felicity is blowing it. She is a moppy little puppy. Nyssa attempting to stab Ollie at the alter?? What the Frick was that!? 1. You aren't going to kill him. 2. You look dumb.

She would still be on the show if it was just the knee. Actually, the way this show has gone all she needs is a dip in a tub and poof she alive.
