I dont think it is illegal on BB, there was talk of baller and ryan splitting the money from BB9

Jerry will probably still vote for Memphis to win the game b/c if Dan wins HOH then Jerry will still think that Memphis was loyal to him at the end. Ollie and April also vote for Memphis to win.
Keesha, Michelle, and Renny are all going to vote for Dan. Keesha will convince Renny and Renny hates Memphis. Michelle was flattered enough at the beach to vote for Dan.
I believe that Libra will be the deciding vote and I believe she will pick Dan.

I don't think you can make a deal to have someone throw the finale. They were talking about whoever won splitting the money (which actually Boogie never did), not about splitting the money and throwing the game to one person.

Dan - already won $20,000 (jury doesnt know this though) and put most of them out of the house
Memphis - already won a car, and didnt really do anything except align with Dan

It happens every year. THe jury gives them soe rough questions that require them to throw each other under the bus. The feeds were off for a while, but, when the came back on, Dan did not look happy at all.
