Edd has been a mainstay of the nights watch since the beginning. His death was hard

but holy shite it could have been so much better if the writing wasn't so lazy.

You should write your own fantasy series,

How do you think the episode should have gone?

Jorah and Theon have been relevant characters since literally the first episode of the series. Jorah in particular was a fan favorite.

It’s pretty unreasonable to argue they weren’t significant deaths

Both were very insignificant. They were secondary characters.

They've been building up Theon's death for weeks. No shock there. And Jorah just got gradually cut up so there was never really a "well damn" moment

So basically something shocking has to happen before you can call it good?

The only person from the original fellowship who dies is Boromir and that was in the first movie in the series.

Sean Bean has to be angry at not making it past the first phase of a series by now.

Doesn't mean I didn't think the episode was good.

I enjoyed it quite alot actually. Just thought a few things could have been done better.

Yes but I wasnt trying to imply that you did I was talking about Jorah and Theons death. They were meh and insignificant for you because it didnt shock you which with talk of lazy writing is incredibly lazy in itself.

My overall point being because something happened in a way you didnt like or preferred is not a valid criticism. I agreed with some of your points though.
